When you hear the name Biryani, your tongue waters.  There are very few people who do not affection to eat this biryani. But many regretted that they cannot make biryani at home like restaurants. But so will not eat good food? Definitely will. This time you can cook Dum Biryani at home if you want. For this you have to take some small steps.


But let's not know the easy recipe to cook instant biryani-






1. Khasi meat 2 kg


2. Rice 1 kg (Polaur rice or basmati)


3. 2 teaspoons of nutmeg, jaggery, cardamom and cinnamon


4. Ginger paste 1/2 (half) cup


5. 4 teaspoons of garlic paste


. 1 cup of tomato sauce


. 2 teaspoons of chilli powder


. 2 cups of sour yogurt


9. 2 teaspoons of white pepper powder


10. A small amount of yellow color


11. 4 teaspoons of powdered milk


12. Keora water 4 teaspoons


13. Like the amount of salt


14. Potatoes 1 kg


15. Shahi cumin 2 teaspoons, bay leaves and cloves


16. 2 teaspoons of sugar (no problem if not)


16. Onion Beresta 2 cups


16. Cardamom, cinnamon 5-6


19. Potato bokhara 8-10


20. Half a cup of ghee


21. Like the need for flour


22. Half a teaspoon of saffron


23. Bay leaves and cloves


24. Green pepper


25. Like the amount of oil




First, cut the meat into pieces and wash it off with water. Now put ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, jaggery salt, tokadai all together in a bowl and marinate and cover with a lid for half an hour. Now heat the oil in another pan, when it is hot, fry it light brown with onion. Put half the folded onion and add the marinated meat with whole hot spices. Cover and cook over medium heat. If necessary, a little water can be given. Once the mutton  is cooked, there will be macha macha broth.


Now wash the biryani rice well and leave it for 15-20 minutes. In another pot, boil water with cinnamon, bay leaves, cumin seeds, powdered milk and 2-3 teaspoons of water to make biryani rice. Leave 1 mug of boiling water and stir in powdered milk, ghee and keora water. Now half boil the rice and take it down.


Now spread the hot rice nicely on the pot in which the meat is kept. Then spread the water in the left mug well and cover it with potato bokhara, saffron, barista, green chilli, jorda color. Now wrap the dough around the pot so that no side is open. Now put the pot in the oven and cook on low heat for the first 10 minutes and on low heat for the next 30-40 minutes. Now serve hot fun kacchi biryani.
