Basil and Honey tea

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of tea leaves or 1 bag per cup, basil leaves 10-12 teaspoons, lemon juice to taste, honey to taste and 500 ml of water.

Method: Boil basil leaves in boiling water for five minutes. Boil the tea leaves for a few more minutes and take them out of the oven. You have to mix lemon juice and honey to taste.

Black cumin and black pepper tea

Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of tea leaves, half a teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of whole black pepper, one third of a teaspoon of ginger, sugar or honey to taste and 500 ml of water.

Method: Boil water for 5/6 minutes with tea, black cumin, whole black pepper and ginger. Now you have to take it off the stove. Place the strainer on the cup, add the tea leaves, boiling black pepper, black pepper and ginger on it, pour the water slowly, strain it, mix it with sugar or honey and drink it while it is still hot.

Maltese and chili tea

Ingredients: Half a tea-spoon of tea leaves, 1 teaspoon of malt, 1 teaspoon of raw chills, sugar or sugar substitute to taste and 500 ml of water.

Method: Boil water in a pot and boil it for 5/6 minutes with tea leaves and raw chills powder. Remove from the heat and strain it. Add sugar (or sugar substitute) to taste, malt juice and thinly sliced ​​malt. Mix sugar and malt juice with a spoon and serve hot. If you don't want to eat salty, you can also make Malta tea with the exception of raw chilies.

Clove tea

Ingredients: half a teaspoon of tea leaves, 15 cloves, sugar or honey to taste and 600 ml of water.

Method: Heat water in a pot. When water boils, boil it with cloves on medium heat for 10 minutes. After a certain time, add tea leaves and simmer for another 7-8 minutes. In a strained cup or mug, mix sugar or honey to taste and drink hot.

Molasses tea

Ingredients: 3 teaspoons of tea leaves, 3 tablespoons of powdered milk, date molasses to taste, whole cardamom 3 and water 750 ml.

Method: Heat water lightly in a pot and mix milk in it. Serve with cardamom. If the milk boils well, it should be boiled for a while more with tea leaves. When the tea has a nice color and aroma, dilute it to taste and mix it with corano molasses or home-made molasses. Take it out of the oven and serve it with a sieve.
